We have experienced an issue impacting Talend Cloud AWS Europe (Frankfurt) region from 12:45 UTC / 14:45 CET to 13:03 UTC / 15:03 CET affecting the TMC User Interface, Talend Cloud public API endpoints. The new logins to the TMC User Interface and calls to Talend Cloud Public API endpoints were unavailable; users having an open session at TMC were not impacted. The integration jobs continued to run correctly. Our team has identified the cause; the fix was implemented and we currently observe signs of improvement. We’ll continue monitoring the results to ensure that Talend Cloud is fully operational and functioning correctly. We invite all customers to check the status of their jobs and relaunch any execution that failed or was not scheduled during this time. If you have any questions, please contact our Support team.
