We have experienced issues with TMC notification mail delivery at AWS US / AWS EU / AWS AP / AZURE US production platforms between June 09th 11:00 PM UTC and June 10th 05:45 AM UTC. It may have caused delays or loss of notification emails. The issue was caused by third-party service provider and is resolved now. All production platforms are operational.
