We experienced an outage in AWS - EU (Frankfurt) region. TMC did not trigger flow executions for schedules that were created or modified between 02:18 UTC and 13:40 UTC. Non-modified schedules and manual or API executions were executed correctly.
The problem has been identified and fixed. We invite all customers to check the trigger configuration of their jobs created or modified during the incident timeframe and to reconfigure them if necessary.
* SLA for September: this 17 min of downtime are excluded from the monthly SLA as AZURE AKS nodes being the root cause is considered a force majeure in our terms and conditions. If Talend were to include this outage the SLA for month of September would be 99.961%.
