We experienced a functional degradation in Talend Cloud Management Console metrics across all regions from 14:50 UTC to 16:05 UTC. However, TMC executions were not impacted. Job component metrics from executed jobs were not able to be sent to Talend Cloud between 14:49 UTC and 14:58 UTC, and then between 15:09 UTC and 15:18 UTC. Unfortunately, all metrics generated during these periods have been lost. The API and UI related to the metrics view were unavailable throughout the incident. Fortunately, all services are now functional.
