We experienced service unavailability for Talend Cloud logins across all regions. Logins were not available on Oct 30 2023, 19:57 UTC to 20:20 UTC. Already opened user sessions, job executions at Remote Engines / Cloud Engines, WebHook and API endpoints were NOT impacted.
The issue was caused by underlying Cloud service provider outage. The issue is resolved and the service is back to normal.
