We have experienced an issue impacting Talend Cloud AWS Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region from 12:12 UTC / 21:12 JST to 12:35 UTC / 21:35 JST affecting the TMC User Interface, API endpoints and Remote Engines / Cloud Engines. The TMC User Interface and API endpoints were unavailable; the integration jobs scheduled at Remote Engines / Cloud Engines via API may have been missing. Other integration jobs should have been running correctly.

Our team has identified the cause; the fix was implemented and we currently observe signs of improvement. We’ll continue monitoring the results to ensure that Talend Cloud is fully operational and functioning correctly.We invite all customers to check the status of their jobs and relaunch any execution that failed or was not scheduled during this time.
