A fix has been implemented and the log processing has been resumed. The enqueued log messages are being processed, the execution logs will become available progressively. We are monitoring the progress.

We are currently experiencing log delivery delays for Talend Cloud Remote Engines ver. < 2.11.0 in AWS EU region. The scheduled job executions are not impacted.

The issue has been identified; we are working on the troubleshooting and will provide an update soon.
