We are currently experiencing a major outage in the AWS US region. The job executions and Talend Management Console functions are impacted for some of customers hosted at this region but functioning correctly for other customers.
The issue is identified; our team is currently engaged with our provider to resolve the issue and restore the service in full scope.

This incident affected: AWS - US East (N. Virginia) (Cloud Engine Services, Remote Engine Services, Talend Cloud Management Console).
* SLA for September: this 17 min of downtime are excluded from the monthly SLA as AZURE AKS nodes being the root cause is considered a force majeure in our terms and conditions. If Talend were to include this outage the SLA for month of September would be 99.961%.
