We have experienced intermittent failures with Publish to Cloud functionality from Talend Studio on Azure US platform on Tue Sep 15 2020 between 05:42 AM EST (09:42 UTC) and 09:20 AM EST (13:20 UTC).
The issue has been resolved. We are currently monitoring the Talend Management Console service to ensure that it is back to normal.
