We have identified a service outage for Talend Cloud apps at AWS US region between 10:03 AM and 10:20 AM EDT (17:03 - 17:20 UTC). During this time, logins to all TC applications were unavailable, but Task/Plan executions and Webhook API calls were working correctly. We have identified the issue, it was caused by underlying Cloud Provider infrastructure.
The issue is resolved, the Talend Cloud services are restored in full scope and functioning correctly. We are monitoring the issue.
