The issue has been identified and resolved. We are currently monitoring the Cloud Engine / Remote Engine services to ensure that it is back to normal.
The jobs scheduled to run between Fri Sep 27 2019, 16:35 CEST and Sat Sep 28 2019, 00:30 CEST were missed; the job status in UI interface will be displayed as RUNNING till Mon Sep 30 2019. You have to reschedule these jobs manually.
Any change in the schedules between Fri Sep 27 2019, 12:45 CEST and Sat Sep 28 2019, 00:30 CEST was lost.
