Following AWS Europe infrastructure incident which occurred on Thu June 10th 2021 at 20:18 UTC, we recommend for our customers accessing the AWS EU region to validate the presence of the logs for their Talend Jobs, running on their Remote Engine.
In case the logs are missing, please do restart the Remote Engines.
This unavailability of Talend Cloud services prevented some of Remote Engines to deliver the logs to Talend Cloud. The RE logs are buffered and will be delivered progressively to Talend Cloud after Remote Engine is restarted.
Log delivery from Cloud Engines has been not impacted.
