Following AWS Asia Pacific infrastructure incident which occurred on Thu Oct 22nd 2020 at 03:05 UTC, we recommend for our customers accessing the AWS AP region to validate the presence of the logs for their Talend Jobs, running on their Remote Engine.
In case the logs are missing, please do restart the Remote Engines.

This 3-min unavailability of Talend Cloud services prevented some of Remote Engines to deliver the logs to Talend Cloud. The RE logs are buffered and will be delivered progressively to Talend Cloud after Remote Engine is restarted.

Log delivery from Cloud Engines has been not impacted.
