We're experiencing a degraded performance on Talend Cloud Remote Engines and Cloud Engines at Talend Cloud AWS (US East) region starting from 11:05 AM EST (15:05 UTC). The tasks log delivery is delayed but tasks executions are not impacted.
We are working on it and expect to have it resolved soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This incident affected: AWS - US East (N. Virginia) (Cloud Engine Services, Remote Engine Services).
*) this 41 min of downtime are excluded from the monthly SLA as the global Azure outage being the root cause is considered a force majeure in our terms and conditions. If Talend were to include this outage the SLA for month of March would be 99.905%
