We experienced a major outage in AWS - EU (Frankfurt) region. TMC did not trigger new flow execution between 15:37 UTC and 16:27 UTC. The problem has been identify. We invite all customer to check the status of their jobs and to relaunch the execution that failed during this timeframe.
