We are currently experiencing a degraded performance of Talend Cloud Pipeline Designer caused by underlying Talend Cloud provider infrastructure in AWS US region. You may experience issues to launch Cloud Engines for Pipeline Designer. We are working with Cloud provider Support to resolve this issue.
